Added protective caps to the bolts holding traffic poles on foundations.

Removal of existing traffic signal poles and traffic control cabinet at Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE and Cypress Street SE intersection.

Installation of fixtures at northbound Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE and Randle Street SE.
